Hanging at Grandma Dee's - Jan. 13th

We went out so Dad could help Uncle Cory and Uncle Ken re-side Grandma's house. It was great because all of my cousins showed up so we all got to play together all day. And boy do we get crazy.

Andrew and Henry being goofy.

Having fun in the bedroom. Hopefully Grandma Dee doesn't see this because we weren't supposed to be jumping on the bed. Oops!

We had pizza for dinner. Waylon decided to get a jump on burning up the calories WHILE eating the pizza on Grandma's stair climber.

My Benihanas Birthday Dinner - Jan. 12th

This year I asked to go to Behinanas like we do for Mom's birthday. I love that the chef flips the shrimp tails up in to his hat. And they cook right in front of you so you can see everything they do. It is more than a meal, it is an dining experience!

We start out with onion soup. I really like it but Emily and Joshua opted for salads instead.
Then our chef comes and it really gets crazy.
He makes a volcano out of our grilled onions.
Then he makes our shrimp and famously slips the tails up in to his chef hat. I love it, thats my favorite part. You can see the shrimp tails flying in this next picture.
I tried to see if I could see the tails in his hat. He told me the rats eat them but I didn't believe him.
After we finished the fantastic dinner they brought out a strawberry (my favorite) ice cream cake for me. I guess Mom brought this one. It was a pirate cake. I had never had ice cream cake before. It was good.

Then it was present time.

Time for hugs. I went so fast Nana almost didn't even see me.
So I slowed down a bit.

Thanks everyone for coming to my celebrate my birthday at Benihanas. I love you all!

My School Birthday Party - Jan. 11th

I asked Mom to bring cupcakes to school. I asked for some chocolate and some vanilla. Since my birthday was on Saturday the teachers said we could celebrate Friday.

I wanted to dress up as Jake and asked Mom to paint my hair black.

That afternoon Mom stopped by with pirate cupcakes.

She even brought Jake stickers that I could share with everyone. There was only one problem, there weren't any Izzy stickers and all the girls wanted Izzy. Guess we can't please everyone.

Mom also brought along a couple of games we could play. The ring toss on Tik Tok Croc.

And Pin the Treasure Chest on the Treasure Map which I almost did perfectly. But then I told Mom that I could see through the blindfold. Oops!

What a fun way to celebrate my birthday with all my school friends.

Buoy Dog - Jan. 2nd

Mom and took me over to a house and told me I was getting a surprise. When we got there they had a couple of dogs that I started playing with so I forgot about my surprise. I was too busy playing fetch and running after the dogs. Finally they told me the people would bring in my surprise. The brought in two puppies and told me I could pick one to take home. I told them I wanted to take the Mommy dog home, she played fetch with me.

But we ended up getting the smaller, quieter puppy. All the way home we tried to pick a name we all could agree one. Daddy wanted Tiller, Chug, Diesel and other weird names. Mommy wanted Jake (which I loved because of Jake and the Neverland Pirates), and Duke but Daddy said they were too tame.

Then Dad asked about Buoy. We all like that name. So our puppy had a name before we got home.

The next morning when I climbed in bed with Mom and Dad to watch cartoons Buoy was already there. He is my best friend. I always tell Mom that "I love my pets".

Simba pretends he doesn't like him.

But he runs around and bats at Buoy and then runs away. I think he really loves having someone to play with.

We went outside a few days later and played in the frosty yard. Buoy is pretty quiet in the house but when he gets outside he loves to run around.

Here is a picture of Dad with Buoy dog.
