Riedel Christmas Talent Show

We headed out to Uncle Ken's house for the Riedel Christmas celebration.

We decided to perform in our annual talent show. You can perform whatever you like and the only rule is to have fun at it. And we did!

This year Wyatt was the emcee along with a balloon person Grandpa Dave made him.

Mommy, Aunt Mandi and Grandma Dee played their birds again.  And Grandma Dee laughed through most of the performace again! This year they played O Christmas Tree.

Tessa and Andrew sang Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Andrew was a little shy so Tess quickly jumped up to help him out.

Waylon showed off one of his leggo sets he put together. This was Hagrid's house from Harry Potter.  It looked great!

Auntie Angie showed us how to perform first aid on children and her secret way to get medicine on the bandaid without them knowing. And she gave out little first aid kits to every family. Wyatt kindly played her patient.

She also showed us how to knit.

Uncle Ken showed us the proper way to clean a gun.

Uncle Cory did a speed drawing of all of us cousins. I could even tell which one was me!

Henry jumped on a pogo stick 17 times.

Tessa danced with the Wii to a song called, "I Like to Move it Move it". She didn't want to perform by herself so Auntie Angi and the other kids got up to dance too!

And Mommy, Daddy and I did a theatrical ready of "But Not The Hippopotamus" by Sandra Boyton. Mommy and Daddy read the book and I hid behind the chair with my Hippo puppet Henreitta.

Whenever we got to my part I jumped out from behind the chair and yelled "But Not The Hippopotamus" with Henrietta.

At the end of the book it calls for an armadillo and Grandpa made me an armadillo balloon animal so I could finish the story.
