Hayride Down Peacock Lane

Last week Grandma Dee and Aunt Linda bought all us cousins a hayride down Peacock Lane to see all of the lights. They brought cocoa and cookies and all my cousins were there.

Aunt Leah, Henry, Andrew and Waylon.

Aunt Linda, Keary, Cade, and Uncle Art.

Mom and Dad didn't want me to be cold since it was at night, so they dressed me in my snowsuit wrapped my hands inside, puts two hats on my head, Mom wiped some goop on my cheeks so they didn't get chapped and then they tied a scarf around my face so all that showed was my eyes. You probably hardly recognize me in the pictures. I was sooo over dressed compared with all the other kids, but since I am the baby I get a free pass. And boy did I stay warm! Aunt Mandi held me for a while.

The nice man drove us all around the neighborhood and we got to see a lot of lights and waved to lots of people out for a walk.

Putting Up the Christmas Lights

Okay, so maybe I didn't help too much. Mostly I played around in my snowsuit because it was only 30 some degrees outside. I wasn't too cold and did not want to go in the house when it was nap time. I could have played all day.

Daddy took me up on the ladder to show me the lights he put up in the tree.

Giving daddy a kiss for a job well done!

At the Playground

Mama took me for a walk last weekend to a playground close to the house. When we got there she put me on the slide a few times which was fun.

Then I wanted to climb the stairs all the way to the top. And I did it, the first try.

When I got to the top there was a tunnel. I crawled back and forth endlessly.

Being Silly

Mama, daddy and I were playing around at the beach a few weeks back. I was getting so silly and running around. Boy do I make them laugh, I must be hilarious.

I found this plastic thingy and starting making funny faces.

Then I ran in and out of the tent. I love my tent, I bring all of my toys in there.

I love to kiss my mama.

9 1/2 Months and Counting

I went to see the doctor last week for my 9 month appointment. She was happy to see me and very suprised that I was walking all over the room. It was a new place and I had to check it out so I paced back and forth, tried to climb in to the garbage can (I got close) and tried to climb up the curtains in the room.
Doc was surprised I had gained any weight since I was cruising around already. "But I love food," I tried to tell her-- I don't think she understands baby chatting.

I am now 28.5 inches long - I am in the 80th percentile for height.
I weigh 19 pounds 15 ounces - I am in the 30th percentile for weight.
My head is 18 and 1/8 inches around - I am int he 70th percetile for head circumference.

Bottom line - I am still a slightly large headed lean mean running machine!

Happy Halloween

My first Halloween. I had two costumes this year. I an Oregon Duck football player, (in honor of their game agaist USC--which they won!!) and a cuddly lion.

I went to two Halloween parties, one at Cousin Sara's and one at Aunt Leah's house. Then on Halloween I went trick or treating with cousins Andrew and Henry in Estacada. I got loads of candy that mama and daddy get to eat.

Then I spent the night at Grandma Dee's house. What fun!!
